Job Description:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
· Identify sales opportunities across regions and segments
· Getting Approvals with major electrical consultants
· Develop channel partners / distributors
· Do technical selling / concept selling
· Generate leads, identify key opportunities & manage CRM
· Make offers, proactively converting leads to orders, closely work with factory for smooth execution of order and payments collection
· Open to travel across India for sales visits
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Meet and exceed sales targets
· Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
· Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
· Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Qualifications
· Knowledge of Power Cables or Accessories like joints, terminations, heat shrink technology is preferred
· Should be a Diploma or B.E. - Electrical Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience in related field
· Proven working experience in sales & marketing
· Proven sales track record
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
