PCA’s Medium Voltage Overhead Line Cover (POLC) provides insulation to help prevent electrical outages caused by trees or wildlife coming into contact with overhead distribution lines. It is designed to insulate existing bare conductors without costly conductor replacement expenditures. It is used up to 36 kV. It comes with in-built mastic sealing. It is available in Red colour.

The use of the tubing provides equipment designers an ability to reduce the air spacing between busbars by providing insulation enhancement. • In areas of extreme environmental conditions and high electrical stress, the antitracking Breakouts are used to seal the crotch portion of the cable and protecting the cable from erosion by flow of leakage currents. The antitracking sealant provides a moisture proof environmental seal to the substrate.
• The Breakout is normally used in Multicore Cable Terminations for voltages > 1 kV.
• It is available in various sizes, generally expanded in the ratio 2.5:1 to make it range taking.

Heat-shrinkable cable entry seals (PCES) provide a watertight, fume-tight seal where cables enter connection boxes, bulkheads, or other enclosures. It is made up of flame retardant Heat shrinkable Polyolefin body with factory-applied adhesive, along with a rigid plastic nut and O ring, that provides the seal to wire and cable jackets.
